Param Dave

Param S. Dave is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Gujarat since 2023. He practices before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and various courts and tribunals in Gujarat. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, corporate and company law issues, and dispute resolution. Param regularly advises and represents clients in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, corporate and shareholder disputes under the Companies Act, 2013, and a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. His work includes assisting clients in litigation strategy, statutory interpretation, and proceedings before judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Prior to his enrolment as an Advocate, Param appeared as a Party-in-Person before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat in a matter concerning enrolment fees charged by the Bar Council of Gujarat. The issue involved interpretation of statutory provisions governing enrolment fees and was subsequently considered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
